Stand Still

I had surgery on July 8th 2004 and I am stuck at 205lbs. I am now working two jobs as a CMA/CNA and on my feet all the time and I just cant get the rest of the weight off.. Can someone help me????

Are you eating ENOUGH!?!?!?! Sometimes we just don't get in enough calories to sustain our weight loss and slows us down (especially when we get more active)...check that first and get back to us!!! BIG HUGS Deanna K

thanks I so eat all the time I always have something going in my mouth, I just dont understand. the stand still. I went see the Dr. and they did my blood work and everything was fine. My hair just about topedfalling out...lol I'm glad I have alot...lol Thanks for your help Brenda Sue
