Wahoo.. so glad to hear from folks and to know that there are REAL folks out there.. was beginning to think that the world had stopped and I had missed it.. ha ha ha ha ha so happy that weight losses are continuing and that each one is happy and doing what they can to help others.. We all need support and love.. got plenty of love so if you feel lonely.. just give a shout and I am here for you. Cold here today but love this Kansas weather.. keeps a gal jumping and breathing deep .. this crispy air fills the lungs.. h m m m hope it doesn't weigh anything.. can't afford a one ounce gain on this scale.. ha ha ha ha Take care everyone and have a great day. thanks for the answers.. Hey Diane.. heard you had some medical concerns.. so glad to see you online again.. This is a good day to call ours.. and so much hope and love in the air.. wonderful wonderful..
