THIS LIQIUD DIET MAY KILL ME>LOL

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else who has had or is having Lap RNY , Doctor put them on a liquid diet to shrink the liver and make it easyer to move around in there. I started mine today. man its hard. I didnt think it would be but Im going crazy. Im cravin alot because aunt flow is about to visit. GRGRGRGR I can do this though because I want to and I have prayed everytime I get a craving. Drop me a line and let me know if you have had to do this and let me know what has gotten you through it. Yes , Oh Yes.. liquid diet was a big thing before surgery.. are you having this done in Topeka? And your date will soon be here too.. will be thinking of you and wishing you well.. this is a tremendous and happy journey.. fantastic.. The thing that got me thru the most was "thinking of how thin I could and would be and how healthy I would be".. I even made a computer picture of the "new me" and put it on the frig.. it worked.. of course, am still not as thin as the pic I made but hey, we all have to dream.. tee hee hee hee Good luck to you as you enter into this wonderful road to success.. you have taken the first steps already. I can relate to you. I am on mine right now my surgery is the 5th of November. Are you having yours in Topeka? I tell you the best thing I have done is eating pudding and yogart shakes. We have a hamburger joint in town that can make your shake with frozen yogart instead of ice cream it helps. My biggest problem is choking down the protein shakes I could careless about them.
