OT Need Local Assistance PLEASE

Hello KS list members I used to live in western KS and need a HUGE FAVOR. I need to make contact with someone in the Hays or Ellis county area in regard to a doctor who apparently has moved his practice. His name is Dr. Richard Bauer M. D. His office used to be located on 27th street between Vine and Canterbury. His practice was OB/GYN. I need to contact whomever and get copies of my medical records from when I lived there. Hi Deanna And thanks for your reply. I should have gotten back to the board and either had the message pulled or stated that I had gotten a reply offlist...I checked the KS members roster later after posting and found a lady up in Hays that knew exactly who I was writing about. Unfortunately I found to my horror that the doctor I was sking about passed awy last October. With being gone from the area I didn't have access to the local newspapers so never knew what happened til she wrote back. It's a horribly ironic story. This wonderful and gifted doctor/surgeon who delivered my last child and later on saved my life by performing a partial historectomy to prevent me from developing uterine cancer.......has died from cancer himself. I was in shock to say the least. Such a terrible loss indeed. Again, thank you so much for your response. Marsha
