WL Support Group in Emporia!

Emporia now has it's own WL Support group! It's for all people struggling with WL. It covers all plans and programs. Everyone is welcome - Surgery patients, Weigh****chers, Adkins, EVERYONE! Meetings are held Every Monday at 5:45. Weigh-In begins at 5:00 pm (optional). New Recipe every week. Featured Product every week, and a drawing for that product. Meeting lasts about 45 minutes. This meeting is FREE - unlike Weigh****chers which charges $9.00 per meeting. Love to see some new faces!

I'd love to start joinin in! I live in iola so I'm not sure when I'll be able to. Also, if anyone could recommend a dr or surgeon. I just would like a 2nd opinion once in a while from a dr that might specialize in obese patients. I like my PCP but when he told me that the only thing wrong with my knee was that "you need to lose some weight" it amazed me. I wanted to say "No kidding! like, are you sure another 20-30 lbs more won't help it?" Frustrating. And He's known me since he moved to town over 15 yrs ago! anyways! Hey Debbie And how is the weight loss coming along? Have not seen you at the support meetings in Topeka with our surgeons..are you okay?
