:help: Plastic Surgery - BCBS of KS

Hello my name is Sandy and I am looking into having some plastic surgery to get rid of all the excess skin after losing 155 pounds. Has anyone out there had success in getting BCBS to pay for it? If so what things did you submit to get them to cover it? Did you send in photos, did you have letters from your doctor? Were you able to get a predetermination of coverage prior to surgery? I have a consult set up with some surgeons in KC in Aug. These surgeries are so expensive that I am really hoping that ins. will cover at least one of them! I will take any advice or tips I can get from those of you that have already been there. [email protected]
