My Surgery Date!

I went to Liv-Lite yesterday and talked with the dietician and surgeon. I am going to have the OPEN RNY on Fri Aug 13th....FRIDAY the 13th!!! But that's okay because my birthday is on the 13th. Just hoping everything will go well. Now getting a little scarey!!!!

How exciting..I am going through liv-lite too. I am just waiting for my approval and I will get my appt. with the surgeon....How exciting!!! Debra Olivas ~

Congrats Jocelyn!!! Yes, it is a little scary, but you will do great. It's the most exciting journey you'll ever take! When you get scared and nervous, do what I did pre-op....go through and read some of the profiles on here - the stories of success are so amazing and uplifting! Cherie

Jocelyn~ Congrats to you~! I wish you much luck and happiness~! I wouldnt worry too much about the number on your date... My G/F was scheduled Dec 31st then they cancelled for Feb 14th~! lol She was a bucket of nerves but hers went off without a hitch~ and so will yours~! GL to you~! Keep us posted~!
