Good Morning

I'm new to the site and am waiting for my appointment with the surgeon next Friday. I've been 'hanging around' in the chat room and on the message board ... I think you guys call it lurking. I've learned a lot. My question is ... where is everybody? I guess I have to get involved, huh?

Welcome Marsha! Yes, it's true...we do not have a very active board. Several members have tried to stir it up, but no long term success. I think once people have the surgery and get through the adjustment phase, they don't stop by here very often. Goooood evening! I'd love to spend more time here. but I'm still fighting the good fight and then I have work (12 days on, 2 off), kids (8,9, &10), cat (obnoxious), and sleep (little to none). Meanwhile, I'm stuck in iola, kansas, making candy for the ruling minority (skinnny folk ) . keep chattin, I'll catch up sooner or later. Heather
