Frustrated

Grrrr I am sooo frustrated,,, I live on Fort Riley, which is in the same town as Junction City, However I can't have my surgery done there,, I have to go thru Tall grass in Topeka cuz Liv lite doesn't take the military insurace,( it's either they don't or the hospital won't anyway) it's just so frustrating, it would make everything so much easier. OH well,,, still waiting for my 1st consult with the dr. Hopefully I will get a surgery date soon after that. Thanks for lisening B

Hang in there Bekha! Remind yourself that there are lots of people dying to have this surgery but have no insurance, or insurance that won't pay at all. Topeka isn't that far from Ft. Riley - think of it as a vacation away from home! Look for the silver lining. Cherie

If it's any comfort I drive about 90 mins to Tallgrass from Kansas City....and they are jsut great. I wouldn't choose any other place now. It's worth it.

Hello There You are soooooo lucky to live on Fort Riley... so many folks from there.. WEll we are retired military and live 2 hours away from Topeka and there is NO other doctor I would go to.. Dr. Steward and Dr. Berntsen are the best, as far as I am concerned.. That drive is such a wonderful time to chat with hubby and to enjoy the scenery.. The medical care is the greatest..
