cook books or guides??

does anyone know where I could find a cook book or food guides for after the WLS? I know this has problely been asked but can find it any where. Thanks in advance. Just trying to get as ready as I can before surgery.

Hello There Well I found on line and ordered a cookbook for bariatric patients and it is terrific.. It is called Eating Healthy for Life and that is the name of the website it is on too.. What a wonderful cookbook and it has sustained me well... so many recipes and so helpful. You might want to take a look at it. Good luck to you as you begin this terrific journey. Hugs, Fran
