Home and finally feeling well!

This is the first time I have felt like posting. I'm so sorry that I have not kept everyone up to date. Cherie A (What an angel!) I know has asked for prayers. Well let me tell you, they must have worked! I almost died a week ago this past Friday. After the blood thinners to get my blood clots under control, unknown to anyone, I had an ulcer and started vomiting up all my blood. I was rushed back to ICU and started on frozen packed cells and then blood transfusions! But, I am finally home (last Tuesday) and just now beginning to feel like my old self! (Only more tired!) I want to thank everyone for their support and prayers. I felt everyone of them and know that between your support and my family and friends and the good lord above that is why I am still here. I finally can eat now and truly feel like I am on the road to recovery. Hope to hear from some of you. I will work at updating my profile and I have the energy. It is going to take quite a bit to do that! Thanks for all the prayers! cindy j

cindy It sounds like you had a rough road.I'm glad to her that your doing better. It sounds like the good Lord was there to keep his hand on you .Good luck .May God contine to bless you Helen Turman

Cindy I am so glad to hear that you are doing better! I have been so worried about you! Dr. Hoehn did my surgery March 31 and thankfully I have not had any major problems! Cherie was good about updating me on your progress. I hope I get a chance to visit with you at the next support group meeting! Amy
