Hi all im new to this board and just wanted to say hi. Im 4 weeks post-op and doing good. I have lost 34 pounds already. I live on fort riley so if there is anyone that would love to go and exercise with me just let me know.

Welcome, Kimberly. Someone just posted that there is a Ft. Riley yahoo online support group. Do you know about that? I'm not at Ft. Riley myself but I saw it posted. Glad you are doing so well. Jenni
