Welcome to the losing side.. Now don't you worry about a thing.. you are losing weight and getting healthy and any kind of loss is terrific.. Everyone loses at a different rate... Just do what your surgeon says and things will be okay. Some start out real slow and then one day you wake up and find a huge loss.. that happened to me.. Stay in touch and enjoy each lost pound.. Congrats on having this surgery.. Here is your Hug for today.. Take care now .. Hugs to you, Fran

YOU are doing GREAT!!!!! Don't worry...it WILL come off!!! Keep following your Doc's orders and get in your exercise and WATER...you really are doing just fine. Don't try to compare yourself to others..we are ALL different in our height, weight and body composition and will ALL lose at a different rate. Take care and keep us posted!!! BIG HUGS Deanna K
