Wow, it's been awhile since I've posted on the Kansas Message Board. I keep up with news about you all day to day, but just have been too busy to take time to post. I'm so excited to see Jenni's date is getting closer, glad ya got that stricture fixed Fran and Brenda..it was soooo great to see you at the wls meeting..you all BRENDA LOOKS FAB!!!!! I am going to be 32 months post op on Friday, it's hard to believe that I am closing in on 3 years. I can't tell you how great it is to load my plate up with food, and to sit down...and then only eat a few bites, my surgery is still working and Life is sweet! I hope I can be of help to lots of you, I've certainly have learned alot along the way and am still learning each and everyday. Love seeing all your posts, keep up the good work! I am so excited for you. If you read my profile you will know that I am just starting my journey. It is you and others that have given me the strength to do this! I am 43 and understand how you felt because I am still there! I enjoyed reading your profile and was very excited to see how successful your weight loss has been. I plan to go to the support group at the library in Overland Park Dec 21st. Hope to see you there!

Deb, So good to see you out and about! I totally understand about being busy, if I wasn't a super early riser (4:15) I don't think I could get near the things done that I do each day. LOL I'm so happy that you continue to do well on your weight loss and OMG 3 yrs out??!! Where does the time go? You've done such a wonderful job with your tool and I'm so happy for you!
