Peanut Butter Pie
Hi Harriet...I don't know if this is close to the one you got or not but it is one that I have...
Crust
1/14 C chopped nuts
3 T butter(no subs)
Filling
1/2 C natural peanut butter (I use smuckers)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 pkgs Splenda or preferred sweetner
1 1/4 C heavy cream
1/2 C splenda or preferred sweetner
1 t vanilla
Crust
Melt butter and mix with nuts...press into a pie plate and bake at 375* for 10 minutes...chill for 30 minutes
Filling
Blend cream cheese, peanut butter and splenda til smooth set aside. In another bowl whip the cream with splenda and vanilla. Fold whipping cream mixture into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into chilled crust top with more nuts and chill
