Peanut Butter Pie

I was wondering if anyone has the peanut butter pie recipe we got at the support grp meeting in Wichita las thursday? I have misplaced mine and really want to make it. Please if you can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks

Hi Harriet...I don't know if this is close to the one you got or not but it is one that I have... Crust 1/14 C chopped nuts 3 T butter(no subs) Filling 1/2 C natural peanut butter (I use smuckers) 8 oz cream cheese, softened 8 pkgs Splenda or preferred sweetner 1 1/4 C heavy cream 1/2 C splenda or preferred sweetner 1 t vanilla Crust Melt butter and mix with nuts...press into a pie plate and bake at 375* for 10 minutes...chill for 30 minutes Filling Blend cream cheese, peanut butter and splenda til smooth set aside. In another bowl whip the cream with splenda and vanilla. Fold whipping cream mixture into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into chilled crust top with more nuts and chill Hope this works for you if you don't get the other recipe...if you do will you post it!!! THANKS Deanna
