Looking for Thanksgiving Recipes

Good morning all! I am looking for recipes for side dishes to serve for Thanksgiving dinner. Last week I saw a recipe for sweet potatoes, but didn't bother to write it down. I thought I could go into the library on the main OH site and find it, but couldn't. Can you guys help me find the right place to look? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kim

Hey Kim...I didn't see that one but I have a recipe for a "FAUX SWEET POTATOE CASSEROLE" 1 can pumpkin puree 1 egg 1 T Brown sugar sweet and low or your fav. 2 T melted butter 1 t pumpkin pie spice pinch of salt Topping 1/4 C ground pecans 1 t softened butter pinch of cinnamon 1 T Splenda 1 T protein powder Preheat oven to 350*. Mix first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl and pour into a small casserole dish. Mix all topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Bake until warmed through and topping as set a bit(15 to 20 mins) I hope this helps...Have a great Thanksgiving!!! Deanna
