HELLO EVERYONE!!!

Official weight loss was 57 pounds as of today. I still don't see it, but I am noticing my pants heading south frequently! I finally got the go ahead to get back in the pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I found out at 4 o'clock that I could go swimming again and I made it to the 6 o'clock class. I had to wait for 20 minutes!! I hope everyone is doing well. I have missed everyone also. I have to agree, Deanna, your new picture looks really good! I saw your before and after on the before and after pics, imagine that! You are an inspiration!

Congrats on your loss Brenda!! Woo hooo If it makes you feel any better, I STILL don't see my loss and I have monthly pics to help me see it. Pretty crazy I know, but sometimes it's like that. I'm truly envious of those of you who can do the water aerobics (or just be in a pool) in your town. Deanna teaching it and all her other classes gets more of my envy though of course.
