APPROVED!!

I'm just so excited right now! Dawn Kortz was approved for her WLS today! Way to go Dawn!!! As if that isn't enough excitement, my plastic surgery, breasts AND arms have been approved today too! I called the docs office to check the status and they said they had just found out and were planning on calling me tomorrow. I have no more details as the nurse will call me tomorrow, but OMG I'm in shock and truly excited. I thought my breasts would be approved but never my arms. Woooo Hooo Dawn and I have the same insurance so this is great news for her too for when she's ready! WOOO HOOO LIFE IS GREAT!!! SCREAMING AND YELLING going on at my house! Woo hoooo

Congratulations to you and Dawn. I do however have a headache so please hold down the screaming, ohhh wait a minute that is me screaming with you! LOL! I know I am still in shock myself, it hit me how quickly time flies and Dawn and I will be joining you as losers before we know it! Hope everyone is having a good week!

That is great news for you and Dawn. You just never know what insurance companies will decide. It is always such a relief to get the good news. So I guess now Dawn can go ahead with the psych and tests and such. Good luck and congratulations Dawn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sharon I hope you are as happy with your surgery with Dr. Rast as I have been. I have decided that when I go back in Oct I will set up a time for him to touch up my arms and my hanging skin above my bra on the sides. I really would love to have my thighs done, but that will have to wait. Congratulations to you also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My surgery date will be November 24th!!! This will give me more time to get closer to my 60 lbs left to lose to get to goal. I'm thrilled! Thanks so much for all the congrats for both Dawn and I! Woo hoo
