UHC Community Plan (KS Medicaid)?

Hi everyone...I'm definitely new with all of this.  Amazing reading of all of your success! I wondered if anyone has had UHC Community Plan through KS Medicaid?  If so, how did your approval process go?  Did you have issues with diet history/physician supervised diet?
