Hello! It's been so quiet of late that I haven't been checking here very often. But, I'll take a go at this.
1. Sarah
2. DS
3. my highest known weight was 287 lbs. That was at a medical appointment a few years ago. I don't keep a scale at home. My weight on day of surgery was 251. My latest weight (Sat. at the support group meeting at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka) was 220. So I wrote 31 pounds lost on our sign-in sheet, but I am kind of torn about counting that (251-220) versus the weight I puffed up to a few days post-surgery (from the IV fluids, it put me back in the 260s).
4. ? 80 more pounds
5. fact that my taste buds prefer carbs to protein
