South Central Kansas Support Group, 5/9/09

Hi, Everyone.
For those of you in the South Central, Kansas, area, the Winfield L.I.G.H.T. (Losing Inches, Getting Healthy Together) Support Group will meet Saturday, May 9th. Pertinent information is in my signature line.
We'll cover a topic pertinent to WLS/weight loss, sample a WL-friendly recipe, have an OH magazine available for those who want to take one, take time to share joys and concerns, and one lucky attendee will have the opportunity to choose something from the goodie basket.
