I need insurance info

Does anyone have any opinions on which insurance is best for covering bariatric surgery?

I know I had United Healthcare & they did cover a lot of the whole process...

I also have United Healthcare Choice Plus through the railroad,  and since I'm staying in-network I will only pay my co-pay. The approval process was also easy.
