March 14 Support Group
Hi, Everyone.
If you live within driving distance of Winfield, Kansas, come join the Winfield L.I.G.H.T. (Losing Inches, Getting Healthy Together) Support Group one week from today, on Saturday, March 14, from 2-3 p.m., at the Winfield E-Free Church Library, 3725 East 9th Avenue.
We'll continue and expand on our discussion of Emotional Eating, taste test a new WLS-friendly recipe (and have another one to add to our recipe collection), share our joys and concerns, and one attendee will be chosen to choose one thing from the goodie basket. Of course, we'll have handouts for the discussion and recipe parts of the meeting.
