Lets Support Each Other!

Hey friends!!!

My name is Tiffany and I am a self pay out of Leavenworth.  I'm pretty close to KC, but since I'm getting my WLS in Mexico I don't have much in the way of after care.  I was wondering if any one in the area would be interested in starting a bit of a support group?

We need to surround ourselves with positive people who are going through the same kinds of things.  While helping each other through the difficulties that come from making such a life changing step like having WLS.

Hello Tiffany!  I happened to see your post.  I hardly ever go to the Kansas forum, but I saw your message and I saw that you are going to Dr. Joya - I went to him in June!  You made a good choice in surgeon!!  Feel free to read my profile about my visit and see pictures, too.  Let me know if you have any questions!  Best of luck to you!  You are in for quite a ride!!!  Sammy

I like your "list of things to bring".  Looks like you are going great with your surgery. Congratulations!  I will be sure to contact you if I have any last minute question before the trip. I hope all goes well. I wish November 21 would get here already!!!

Tiffany - it will be here before you know it!  Less than 3 weeks!!  Surgery in Mexico was the best thing I ever did.  I'm so happy how my life has changed - and it keeps getting better!  You will be just fine.  Keep in touch!  Sammy
