HI! You Kansas board people. I am just about to make my 3 year surgiversity (sp) and I am just a little below my goal weight. I am glad that I went though Solutions for Life in Wichita, I am able to stay on track and maintain my goal because of the tools that they gave me. The support group and the people who attend it are great resources.

If any of you are about to journey down the path to WLS, let me tell you that it has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. Good luck to you all and best wishes.

Life is a journey, don't waste the trip.

Congratulations on your 3rd year surgiversary. You've done well! Thank you for your encouraging words. I'll be having VSG surgery on Nov. 17th. :)
