Needed Support group in Wichita

I have been looking for a FREE support group in the Wichita area does anyone know of such a thing?  Via Christi requires a huge amount of money to join theirs which is stupid!  I came from KC and there I never had to pay to go to a support group even if I didn't have my surgery there.

Hi, this is my first time on the Kansas board.  I would love a free support group meeting too... Maybe we can start one up.  I will volunteer my home.  Let me know.

That's a great idea since I can't seem to find one.  I actually thought about that starting one but I am new to Wichita and wasn't sure where to have the meetings.  I am from KC and we had one there that was started by OH members and we met at a church on a Mon. evening.  Do you live in Wichita or surrounding area?  How long ago did you have surgery?  I am a little over 7  months post op.  Let me know if you want to do this maybe we can get more people interested?
