Question for all you post op patients

This is mainly for women...   It is not nasty or gross.

I swear that when I went into the hospital my hair dark blonde on the ends and light brown on the top.    I have not colored my hair in a lloonngg time.  So would someone please tell me what happened.   My mother and my husband have made comments about my hair color on top.   It is now almost like a cooper or light red in the sunlight.   IT WAS NEVER LIKE THIS BEFORE.  When I get outside in the sun light it is amazing how much different it looks.     So here is the question....    has anyone colored their hair since they have had surgery?    My hair looks funny in the sun and my husband does not usually say anything but he has told me that I need to fix it before I go back to work.    Any suggestions, ideas or any thing?????  Kimberly

I think that your best bet would be to go see a good colorist. I don't color my hair so I'm not much help. Sorry. I would go to a professional though and see if they could help you.
