Hi, I see many of you on the lapband board. Glad to have the local support though! I have my consult scheduled for March 26. I am self-pay and have heard that most people have surgery 2-4 weeks after consult for self-pay. Any self-payers out there? I'd love to hear from your perspective if I haven't already. I feel obsessed with this surgery. I am on these boards every moment I possibly can. I feel like I can't get enough information. The boards are keeping me sane. I am quite sure my bf is glad I have found you all. It keeps him from hearing about it 24/7. Thanks for posting! AND best of luck to this weeks bansters. Let us know how it goes.
