A few years ago I found a website that had a list of all insurance providers that cover weight loss surgery and now I can't remember the name. Does anyone have any ideas, is it still around? Just got a new job/new insurance and was wondering if surgery is an option.

Your best bet is to check with your new insurance and ask them if they cover WLS and what types of surgery. Also be sure to ask what you have to do to qualify. Some make you have a 6 month (or more) documented attempt at weight loss that is supervised by your Dr. So call them and find out as many specifics as you can and that will help you get started.
