Any support groups in Wichita?

I live in Wichita, but I am having my surgery in Topeka. Are there groups in Wichita?What about the groups out of Tallgrass when do they meet and where? My date for RNY is September 8th!! Shelley

I live in Derby and am going through Dr. Earlys progam. I know they have suport groups through them, but I have not heard of any others. I do know of a few local people who have had the surgery and was thinking about looking into staring a group. Would you be interested?

There is a RNY support group that meets in Hutch every month. There are a few of us bandsters that try to get together once a month or so in Wichita. You're welcome to either one! Email me if you would like more info.

The Wichita Bandsters group is meeting August 11 at 4:30 pm at Barnes and Nobles at Kellogg and Rock Road. This will be my first meeting with them too. However this is a bandster support group but I would guess since we are all in the same boat they would welcome you to the group. Melissa
