Stomach pains after a year out

could a leak cause quite a bit of pain on the left side where the stomach is...when i stretch or try to stand up straight it feels like my stomach is being pulled a part. so i have to hunch over alittle bit so it doesnt hurt so much. The pain started last night but it was first in my lower abdomen and right underneath my ribs on the right side...now it is on my left side where my stomach is. If anyone might no anything could pls inform me. I have called the dr's nurse but still haven't received a call...if not then off to the er i go to have it checked out.
