i went to the IU seminar and began my wls prep with them earlier this year. I was actually a little nervous about  it as well but the seminar is actually nothing to  be nervous about. Its in a very nice easy  to find building and everyone there is very nice and helpfull. As far as what to expect... once you enter the door you will be greeted by the receptionist at the desk and you will  sign in there. they will make a copy of your insurance card so they can check your insurance and give you an idea of what your insurance will require for you to have the surgery ( mainly if you will be on a 3 or 6 month course). Then you just have a seat in the waiting/projection room where a nurse and a doctor will show a slideshow and talk about the whole process and surgery and they will answer questions after. When its all done they ask you if you would like to schedule an appointment to see the doc. Thats all there is to it really, its very informative and helpful.

I have six days until my rny. I have become increasingly nervous about it lol. one of the ways ive been keeping a level head is playing xbox live. Currently ive been playing modern warfare 3 on the xbox. It would be nice to get to know  someone who shares a bariatric experience and maybe play some mw3.  If anyone is interested please let me know. 

If you are having the DS she only does one or two a week.

 I recommend Dr Tracy Murray.  She is in with IU Med Group at Clarian West.  I think she is a GP, but will give any referrals as needed.  I have a complicated gut and she has been great.

 Does anyone have a Doctor they'd recommend on the West Side of Indianapolis . I've not had a "long term relationship" with a doctor for a while - the that I've been to the last few times  -   I just don't feel that comfortable with.
