After waiting 3 mont...

After waiting 3 months to do a current A1c... I am proud to say I have gone from 9.5 to 7.1!

I had my blood test done Friday and found out the numbers today! YAY! Heather at Dr. Caccuci's said I had to have 7.5 or lower before she would schedule my surgery. My PCP faxed her the info today... so hopefully, I will hear from her within "24" hours. Anyhoo... Im thrilled and wanted to share! YAY me!

Good for you!!! I like Dr Cacucci.. she doesnt talk much but she smiles pretty.. and knows what she is doing. I did not fear going to sleep knowing she would be working on me... Linda
