Sat get up and get out!!

I am going up to West Lafeyette to see my dad in the old soldiers home... He isn't doing very well.. and with my knee I havent been able to drive very far.. I go back to work MONDAY after 3 months off so thought I better go to the hospital and see him now... I think I am doing well with my weight again...I actually think I will make total goal in another 6 months!!! Linda
