Cover Letters

When I spoke with Linda and Sherri at the exchange last Saturday, they both mentioned they wrote a cover letter for the packet of information they sent to the insurance company. I was wondering if anyone still had a copy and would be willing to send it to me? I am trying to compose mine and would like to take a gander at some others to get an idea. Thanks!!
