Good morning everyone! I get to see my sister this afternoon. Yeah! She had her RNY 10/03. I haven't seen her since last fall so I'm looking forward to it! Lucky little thing...she's at her goal of 130! After I see her, it's off to take Bill to the dentist AGAIN! This is like the 6th time for the same tooth pain (3 times with old dentist, 3rd with new one). I hope they can get it taken care of this time. You all have a great day and keep on walkin'! Sherri

Good Morning Everyone Sitting here taking my vitamins and meds and drinking some Decaf Grey Earl Tea. Weighed myself the other day and I'm at 209 lbs. GO ME! That gives me 40 days to loose the 9 more lbs I wanted in order to hit my personal goal of being 200 lbs by my b-day. Not only do I think I can make that - but I probably could surpass it also. I'm way excited. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the clothing exchange. I'm bringing lots of plus size summer pj's and bulgur salad. P.S Deb- good to see you back on the board. Angie - glad to hear something is finally going for Ed to help him get back on his feet. He's sure had a rough start of it all, hasn't he.

What a beautiful morning! Too bad we have to be at work. Supposed to be 65 today. I'm sure you southerners will be warmer. Our leaves aren't even out yet. It was nice yesterday also. Hubby and I went for a walk outside and did 4.5 miles. I had my pedometer on and by the end of the day had done over 8 miles. I'm a little bumed thou. I got on the scales this AM and only lost 1 1/2 pounds last week. I know I shouldn't be down, a loss is a loss but I'm impatient. Next monday is my three month anniversary and I'm 1 pound shy of 50. I'd like to make the clothing exchange on the 22nd but it is a long drive from here. We have our monthly support group meeting in Ft. Wayne on the 18th. Maybe we can get a few to car pool down to meet you all. You all look so good, I can't wait to get where you are. Sherri, my jaw dropped when I read in your one post you were a grandma. You look way to young for that! Have a great week everyone.

I am too young for that..but my daughters didn't listen to me...LOL! I was 39 the first time I became a Mamaw. My southern roots...that was about right, if not a few years older than norm. Thank you though. I really don't feel Mamw age. Sherri
