Need Integrative Dr. for weight loss program

Hey there,   I am very new to the forum.  It seems like most of the topics are geared towards those who have had or are planning weight loss surgery, but I hope some of you have tried non-surgical programs and can help me with recommendations.

I've recently started participating in the St. Francis medical weight loss program.  I am doing well with the program and feel that I can continue with it successfully for a very long time.  However, my Dr. is leaving at the end of June, moving to another state .    Ahhhhh!!!  Just when I found the right mix of elements...blah, blah,..oh well.

Anyway, I want to continue on the path I'm on, but what I really need is to find an integrative physician who specializes in non-surgical bariatrics.    Are there any recommendations for Dr.'s in the Indy area?

Thanks so much for any info!

yes, its ok, we all talk about our docs here all the time ..both good and bad lol.   I am a patient of Dr Mandelbaum's at St Francis.  You can switch your care over to Dr Olsen, she is the first Dr to be licensed in weight management in the state and is very very good, you will love her.  At one point in her life she lost 90 pounds so she understands our struggles.
I highly recommend that you give her a try.  Even though I have had surgery I still have had struggles and have been seeing Dr Olsen for my follow up care and she is to the point but in a caring way.

There is an a couple of integrative docs in the medical building behind St. V's in carmel.  I don't know what they "specialize" in...but I know there are there.  One of them is Dr. Lasalle.  I don't remember the other's name.  I am going to look it up and post it for you.  Although, if there is another doc through your program like was suggested that sounds like a good option.

I am new here and very interested in names of doctors.  I have been trying a meal replacement program for past year but really feel I need something else or something more.  Would like to find an understanding, effective doctor with more nonsurgical options.

All suggestions welcome.  North side of Indy is better, but to be honest, I'd go most anywhere.
