Thursday!

It IS Thursday, isn't it?  LOL  So busy at work lately.  Anyway, wanted to pop in and wish everyone a good morning before I brave I-465 to head to work for another long day.

The weekend is coming.....  the calendar promises!

Weekends for me are WED and Thur... And Sunday.. I work the other days... But I love my job now... I have to go see the Dr today... insurance kicked in so I have to go get my bloodtest and my synthroid going again with a LONG lecture I am sure... Also I hope/think it is a heel spur that has come up on my ankle.. Cant take alieve, or IBprofen so need to know what I can take instead... hard to walk..
Scott, Melissa and I took the triplets to Disney (FLA) last week and we had a BLAST!! the girls were so good and their princess makeovers were a big hit with them and NOW all 3 have officialy been kissed by their favorite princess.. (Cinderella, Araua, and Snow White) and all have had their pictures taken with Prince Charming... Poor Scott.. there wasnt much he could eat on the trip and when he did..sometimes it would get stuck.. have to come up or he would forget and swallow instead of sip and UP it came!! But all the walking did all of us good!!

I am finally out of the fog of pain meds and such.  I feel pretty good all things considered.  I am ready to go back to work.  I was really bored today and wanted to get out of the house.  So, that must mean I am doing well!

I came home weighing 160 when I went to surgery at 149.  So I was a bit disheartened but knew it would come off when the swelling went down.  This morning I weighed 149 again.  So now, I am excited to see the results starting to show!!  I love the look in the mirror so far.  But i kinda look like a suicide bomber with this pack of drains on my front side.  Weird feeling too.

Hope you all had a great day!  I am looking forward to the weekend with my kids coming back home after visiting with Dad a few days to give me a break so I could rest.
