my vsg got approved!

this is so wierd.  back in the beginning of december i had gotten a denial letter, and pretty much given up. dr. inman's office said they were going to put away my file.   out of nowhere, in january i get a call that dr. inman's office was resubmitting because when i got denied i told them that the cpt code for vsg was different than what they submitted.  i didnt think much about it because i had just resigned myself to the fact it wasnt going to happen.  yesterday in the mail i got a letter that my surgery has been approved.  now what happens?

Now the fun begins! Congrats. How great that it was a surprise and you haven't been sitting home worrying about it. You will be contacted by Dr. Inman's office with a surgery date, preop testing date, preop class date and things will get rolling. You might call Dr. Inman's office on Monday and let them know you got an approval letter so they can look for the approval to arrive there too.

Thanks!  I just noticed your baby is due around the same time as my sister in law - her due date is April 15!  How exciting, that's just around the corner!
