Hi friends....

How are you all doing? I've had some ups and downs. In November, Mikey decompensated. We had to place him back in a residential setting. It was heartbreaking, but we were out of options on how to help him at home. I hit a really low point, my house and heart felt empty.

I am facing a totally different kind of Christmas. No Maggie, visitation with Mikey from the hospital. I am trying to make the best of it. We moved last week. We found a nice, homey two bedroom place, in the same school district. It was hard to have the third bedroom. No one went in there. We didn't even know what to call it. Is it Maggie's room? Is it the extra bedroom?

Anyway, I'm getting ready for holidays and a new year. It feels like time to start afresh.

Linda, you have been on my heart and my mind. I'm sure this will be a difficult Christmas in more ways than one, but know that you are being lifted up in prayer and can always come here for support!

Linda,

I think about you and your family often.  I know this holiday season will be a hard one for you.  I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.  It was good to see that you got moved and that you are making steps to move on with your life and making a fresh start.

Merry Christmas

Pamela
