Monday...
Good morning everyone. For those getting ready for work or are at work..instead of looking it as 'Ugh! Monday!', Let's all try to remember how fortunate we are to have jobs. Even more so if you like your job...which I do...most of the time anyway. I'd just rather be retired anymore...well...most of the time anyway.
Don't forget to pm me if you plan to go to the clothing exchange. There's a reason why I need to know, trust me. And please...pm me. Don't post it here on the board. You'll understand why once I reply to your message. So..hit the little 'contact' button below...ok?
Well...time to head out the door. Hugs to you all...
Sherri
ps...Keep Tiffany's kids in your thoughts today. Chance (8 yr old) tested positive for swine flu yesterday. Myranda (5 yr old) was running a temp last night and RJ (3 yr old) was complaining of a tummy ache. So far, Shyanne (Shellie's 4 yr old) hasn't shown any symptoms.
AT GOAL!!

I have the day off thanks to Columbus. However, I'd gladly trade this holiday for either the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve.
Felt pretty crappy yesterday and slept off and on most of the day. Feeling better today though. So - I'll be catching up on all the crap I didn't get done yesterday.
I'm with you Sherri - I wish I was retired. I am eligible to retire in September 2010 on an unreduced pension, but probably can't swing it financially yet. Although, I definitely won't work that much longer - my pension will max out after 41 years 11 mos of service. I'll have 37 years service in March 2010. Plus, once I retire, my life insurance gets reduced by half...
Well, a lot of resting today, althought I'm contemplating going to Steam Corner's (Part of the Covered Bridge Fest) as there's this huge dollare tent & if I can get there I can get a load of coloring books, crayons, etc.... for stocking stuffers for Q. Also stock up on el-cheapo batteries for Gage and his many disposable needs for them.
Tummy looking good. I'm able to sleep on my sides now. I'm only "sore" if I sit or lay for to long. Thanks to my spinal blocks (which I need to resume SOON) I'm hardly using any of my pain meds for this or my RSD. Funny how my mind tells me my belly button itches but the new one isn't where my mind tells me it's really at, hahaha! Might take some post up pics and post them later.
Well, be blessed, feel blessed, see blessings.....
