Ok, someone out there has to have a pumpkin recipe that will satisfy my craving. In the fall I love pumpkin, bread, muffins, pie, etc. Any and all. Fall is here and I'm pregnant and the cravings seem even worse this year. Anyone have a recipe they want to share?? PLEASE? Baby and I would thank you!!

Melissa,

Pumpkin is my favorite flavor so I have several recipes for pumpkin stuff.  Don't have them with me at work though.  Here's a couple that I remember:

Carb Master Vanilla yogurt (one container.  I don't know the oz size)
couple of spoonsful of canned pumpkin
big blop of sf cool whip
smash all together and put in a bowl
crumble a few Murray SF vanilla wafers on top
sprinkle pumpkin pie spice
Tastes like a pumpkin pie blizzard.  It's super yummy!

Package of instant oatmeal.  Couple of spoonsful of canned pumpkin.  Add ho****er and stir until the consistancy you like.  Add butter and stir until melted.  Add spenda and pumpkin pie spice to taste you like.  I sprinkle in some fiber one and/or grape nuts for crunch and fiber.  It's really good too.

I have a recipe for sf pumpkin cheesecake and sf pumpkin muffins at home.  I'll try to remember to grab them and post them sometime this week.  I'll look for an others I have too.

Hope this helps!

Melissa,

I made these for the clothing exchange before as well as at our church fall festival and they were loved! Easy, hope you like!

1   -    15 oz  can pumpkin- not pie filling
1 spice cake or carrot cake mix
1c. fluid- water or I used apple cider/juice

mix all together and make muffins or mini muffins or a loaf

I baked mine for 11-13 minutes @ 350!

Hugz Dawn

for a change in some I sprinkled choc chips and others I added some brown sugar chopped pecan mixture to the top for a crumble like topping!
