DIZZINESS

has anyone has dizziness at times when ever they get up out of a chair or have bent over for some reason? i have began to notice this more and more in the past week or so.

it could be that your blood pressure is too low

i check it almost daily and its normal. Seems to me someplace in either the pre class or something this came up and i cant recall what was said. i just try to slow myself down getting back up or getting up out of the chair. :)

Any chance you're a little dehydrated? This was always my first sign. Push the fluids and see if you feel better.

My daughter had the same issue after her RNY.  She was not getting enough liquids.  Increase your water.   But if it continues, please get it checked out.

My dizziness was caused by low protein.  Up your protein as well as liquid and see what happens.  You may want to call your surgeon........

that too has come to mind by my wife as i will confess i dont get all my protein in some days

prob. all of the above. I get Virtago so sometimes its hard for me to tell, but almost always when I know I haven't drank enough water.

I get dizzy when I get low sugar.  If that is what it is a small apple and a lil bit of orange juice normally takes care of it for me.
