I am excited to tell you that for the first time since surgery 14+ months ago I dumped. Yep, it finally happened and I am glad. I dumped on a slice of chocolate cheese cake that I had for my grandson's bday last night. Its yukky but what a great deterrent from eating chocolate cheesecake ever again!!

Yep - once you dump, you never forget it!!! I will NEVER forget dumping in Chicago on two sugar free cookies!!

(My roommates, Jana, Tracy, and Shanna will never let me forget it either!!)

My first actual heart racing dump was when Scott gave me a glass of hubbys tea instead of my tea... My heart pounded, I got dizzy and sooo ill!! "I said What have you done to me??" He felt sooo bad for me...

Dont worry Scott, Turn about is NOT fair play,... I will try to be more careful after your surgery... Having a housefull of family who dont or cant eat much will make strange holidays around here...

LOL Linda, that painted a funny picture. A picture of your thanksgiving table in a home full of RNY'ers...what maybe a cornish hen? lol
