Good morning everyone!
I hope that you all have a good day for walking today...for those who plan to do the Walk From Obesity. Tracy posted about it a few weeks ago. Since she's an OH support group leader, she gets information about stuff usually a little bit quicker than the rest of us, so be sure to watch out for her posts. I'm sorry that some of you (Mellisa...;-) ) are going to miss it because you missed her post.
So..other future things that are coming up that I know about...the clothing exchange (open to pre & post-ops...look for updates from Robin) and Shanna is having a Pampered Chef/housewarming party that she has also put a 'everyone is welcome' note on the board for. Scroll down through the posts to find Robin & Shanna's posts about these events if you're interested in coming (or...ladies...could you post a reminder for us?). For those of you new on the board (or not new but didn't know this....)...where-ever you live in the state, if you want to meet some folks from here and just get together for dinner, shopping, etc...put a thread out with the date/time/location and usually you'll have people who can make it. Bill & I live on the east side of Indy and are willing to meet folks for dinner...even at the last minute...so...if you'd like my contact info, contact me on here. Or....send your contact info to Floyd Curvin ([email protected]). Floyd maintains a directory for us with everyone's name (& spouse or sig. other's name), contact info (email, home phone & addy, and special dates (anniversary, surgiversary, birthday). After he does the updates, he sends out the new revision to everyone who is on the directory.

what the hell am i doin' up so damned early on a sunday....
just eatin breakkie right now then gonna head out for my daily walk (gotta bundle up first)
maybe go thru some clothes i dont wear anymore for the clothing exchange (not that i have undergrown them...i just don't wear 'em anymore! LOL), then GO COLTS!!!! later on this evening i'm gettin' together w/ the group of gals i grew up with for a bonfire/weenie roast....no weenies for me...just my beans and protein shake..LOL, but will be nice to see everyone and have some fellowship w. 'em...
