I've got a date!!

Although when I called the surgeon's office told me that it would be 3 weeks before they would call me to schedule my surgery, THEY CALLED ON THURSDAY!!!
So.....I've got a date!  November 4th    Woo Hoo!!!

Now, while I'm waiting....I'm drinking protein shakes, walking more, taking a daily vitamin, and attending support group meetings!  Any thing else?

My only other suggestion is to start taking biotin, if you value your hair! ;o) Way to go, November 4th will be here before you know it!!

Melissa....Thanks for the suggestion.  I will definitely do that.  Can I purchase biotin at wal-mart, cvs, etc.?  or do I need to go to a specialty store or order online?  OR...does my doc have to prescribe it?  ...sorry for my ignorance on the matter.
