I get to start the thread this morning.  I am getting ready to go to our first step it up.  We have a 2 1/2 mile walked planned, hope many of you can make it.  It is great exercise and fellowship.  It is at Matter Park in Marion, we are meeting at the pond at 9am.

WE are pulling out for Bowling Green this afternoon, and I cannot wait until I get to see my grandkids.  I miss them so much.  I understand why we have kids.  LOL.

Everyone have fun camping this weekend.

Nothing much else happening around here today.

Have a wonderful weekend and I should be posting again in Monday.

Hugs

Good Morning all,
I work tonight and then off tommorrow. Woo hoo. Terry is in Ohio this weekend picking up Miss Bella and they will be back tommorrow. SO it's just me and Ty. Nothing much going on here. Just counting down my days until Middlebury. We are leaving thursday after I get off of work. We prolly will be pulling in aroun8:30-9 ish and trying to set up before its gets too dark. We bought a screened in gazebo type tent thingy to take w/ us, we can put over the picnic table. I can't believe how excited Ty is about going. That is all he has talked about for a week. I think we are gonna go Horseback riding on Friday and make it to the flea Market. Last time we just didn't have enough time for what we wanted......Well I should go do something productive. ( or go back to bed for a minute) I have to work at 3. Everybody have a great saturday.

I am looking forward to Middlebury also. I hope the weather is warm enough to go swimming. I am making a list of what to bring. My daughter and I are staying in the cabin. I understand they are very rustic. I have never camped before. Any hints on what to bring would be appreciated. Peggy the walk this morning sounds nice. Oue local support group isn't as active as the one you go to. Our group meets in the evening and I work evenings. I had a job offer to be a school nurse. I would love to do it, but it is a big pay cut. Bigger than I can afford to take. Oh well! the bills must be paid. Have a great weekend everyone! Wendy

Hi!

The Heartland campgrounds are really nice. There's a 'beach' and an indoor pool, golf, mini-golf, hayrides, kids crafts, fishing, and I don't know what all else. They don't have a dog run but they do have a huge open field that they keep mowed for you to bring your dog too. Lotus loved playing frisbee there. She has yet to go #2...which is very unlike her so maybe she's just trying to get use to the camp life.

One more week!!
