Xpost-Finally hit the 100lbs mark!!!!

As of this morning I've officially lost 100lbs!!!! Finally! The last five or ten pounds has really been slow it seems but they've finally come off. It's taken about fourteen weeks to get it done. Time to enjoy this little victory and set my sights on a new goal. In a hundred pounds I've gone from a size 56 waist in pants to a size 46. Gone from 4x/5x in shirts to 1x/2x. Went from shoe size 15 to 13. My scrubs are now 2x where I was wearing a 5x. Oh yeah, that Dr. Oz thing about one inch for every thirty five pounds......it's true. Just ask my wife!

A little more information than we needed there Duane but, CONGRATS on the weight loss. I remember how hard it was to hit my 100 and then to get into onederland is great!!

100 pounds in 3 months! You're a machine (and I'm not asking your wife about that, but I'm sure she's happy!). Keep up the great work.
