What form of Indiana Medicaid is the best? Are theyre differences? As apost op band patient...is there one that covers fills?

Lap Band on 08/31/05

I have PPO Medicaid for Disiabilty Management - it ONLY pays for my fills at my doctors office and NOT at any WLS Centers.

I'm not sure about the others but I bet if you called the customer service number on the back of your card - they might be able to fill you in on the info you want.
