Well, Saturday makes one year since my surgery.  I started at 260 and now I am at 150...110 pounds gone!!  I have gone from a size 22 to an 11.  I have alot of loose skin on my stomach now.  I wish I could get ps, but I am no longer with my insurance I was a year ago, I have medicaid now, does anyone know if medicaid would cover it or not?  And if so, who do I need to contact?

Lately I have not been able to eat well though, I have been getting things stuck alot.  But other than that things are great!!

Congrats on your surgiversay.  Keep up the great work.  I can't advise you on who takes medicaid, you would just need to call them and ask.

I'm not real familiar with lap band surgeries but if you are getting things stuck when you eat, I think you should let your doctor know about that.  I'm not sure if lap band people can get strictures or not but that could be the problem.

You need food, calories, and protein to continue losing weight.
